Who I am

What I collect
Information you give me. When you request a guide, request a Local Seller's Report, schedule a call, or email me, I may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- Your moving timeframe and which guide you requested
- Your property address and details about your home, if you request a Local Seller's Report
- Whether you agreed to calls or texts
- Anything else you choose to tell me
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, my hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site secure and working.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
I may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use this site and to show my ads to people who may be interested. These tools use cookies or similar technology to collect information like the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your device and browser type. Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies.
You can limit this tracking in several ways:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
- Adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta

How I use it
- To send the guide or report you asked for
- To answer your questions and follow up about your real estate plans

- To meet legal, regulatory, and brokerage recordkeeping requirements
Calls and text messages
If you check the box agreeing to calls or texts, I may contact you by phone or text about your real estate plans. Texts may come from my customer relationship management system (Lofty) or directly from my own phone. Agreeing is never required to get a guide or report. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also just tell me to stop, by text, email, or phone, and I will.
I don't share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your personal information. I share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help me run this site and my business, such as website hosting and forms (Netlify), automation (Zapier), my customer relationship management system (Lofty), email (Google Workspace), and scheduling (TidyCal). They may use your information only to provide their services to me.
- My brokerage, AXEN Realty, which supervises my work and keeps required records.
- Other professionals, with your permission. For example, if you ask me to connect you with a lender, inspector, or a referral agent in another area.
- When the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as it's useful for helping you, or as long as brokerage and legal rules require. You can ask me to delete it at any time, and I will unless I'm required to keep it.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email andres@ardelgado.com and I'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
I use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial information, like account numbers, through this site.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including my home search site on AXEN Realty and my social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.
Children
This site is intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
